Minhah, Ma'ariv, and Havdallah
Once a month, usually on the first Shabbat of the month, Shomrei’s congregants return in the late afternoon to close out the Sabbath together.
Minhah services begin an hour and fifteen minutes before Havdalah. Afterward we break for a nosh – the third Shabbat meal, Shalosh Seudot – and a little more learning and singing. We wrap up with Ma’ariv services and a tuneful communal Havdalah.
(Sometimes Minhah is held, instead, right after our Shabbat kiddush lunch.)
Check the calendar for the schedule of upcoming services.
